"Pretty easy to use overall"
I used the site on my phone and, it was mostly easy to navigate. The text was clear and simple to read, which helped a lot. A few buttons took me a second to find, though… but overall, yeah, it was a good experience.

"Parking was super easy"
I was already in a good mood when I got there, and the easy parking definitely helped keep it that way. The lot was close by, so I didn’t have to circle around forever or stress about finding a spot. It made the whole visit feel quick and simple.

"Pretty Smooth Overall, Just Crowded Where I Expected"
The lines actually moved quick, which was nice. I’d already figured the busy spots would be right around the exhibits, and sure enough, that’s exactly where everyone seemed to bunch up. So it kind of confirmed what I expected going in, but overall it wasn’t too bad.

"Fun and surprisingly educational!"
We had such a fun visit! The kids learned a lot about ice cream and farms, but it never felt boring or too much like a lesson 😊 Definitely a great little outing for the family

"Really clean and easy family visit"
We went with our family last weekend , and honestly , I was surprised by how clean everything was . The bathrooms were tidy , the tables looked like they were being wiped down often , and the whole place just felt well taken care of . Even the busier spots didn’t feel messy or chaotic . The staff were friendly too , which made the whole visit feel a lot more relaxed for us

"Surprisingly painless stop with the kids"
We went with our two kids and, shockingly, it was actually easy. The staff were friendly, there were places to sit, and the ice cream samples did the heroic work of keeping everyone happy. It wasn’t too crowded or chaotic, which felt like a small miracle for a weekend outing. Overall, a really nice little family stop.

"Fun with Kids, But Go in Knowing It’s Not Huge"
Just a heads-up for anyone planning to visit with kids: this place is fun, but don’t expect it to take up your whole day. We went as a family and the kids had a great time with the interactive exhibits, especially creating their own ice cream flavor and playing the little games. It’s easy to walk through, and overall it was a good experience. That said, some areas did get a bit crowded, so be prepared for that if you’re going during a busy time. Still worth checking out in our opinion, 4 stars from us

"Nice Little Family Stop"
My kids were into it for most of the visit, especially anything hands-on. A couple of parts dragged a bit for them, but they still stayed busy and kept asking questions, which felt like a small parenting win. It wasn’t perfect, but we had a good time overall and I’m glad we stopped by.

We did a small work event at the Turkey Hill Experience and it went better than I expected, which I guess means I should’ve expected it to be good in the first place. The staff was friendly and helped us get everything set up without making it feel like a big production.
The room was clean, and the ice cream part was a hit with pretty much everyone. Parking did get a little crowded, but maybe that just means other people also knew it was a good spot. Overall, we were happy with how it turned out.

"We stopped in after the tour…"
We stopped in after the tour, and the gift shop was sorta bigger than I expected. They had cute shirts, mugs, little snacks, and some fun stuff for kids too. Prices were fair, which was a nice surprise.

"Great Samples, But Be Ready to Wait"
The unlimited samples were awesome. I kept thinking, okay, just one more, and then somehow I was back in line again. The only downside was that the lines got kind of long, so there were a few moments where I was like, is this next sample really worth the wait? But overall, it was a fun experience...
